The New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission (ELEC) has announced the disclosure calendar for reports filed by candidates and committees for the 2009 General Election, as well as for third quarter reports for the legislative leadership committees, political party committees, continuing political committees, and campaign committees:
October 7: 29-day pre-election reports for the race for Governor
October 8: 29-day pre-election reports for State Senate, Assembly and local campaigns
October 16: Third Quarter reports for legislative leadership committees and state political committees
October 22: Third Quarter reports for continuing political committees, local party committees, and campaign committees that file quarterly
October 27: 11-day pre-election reports for the race for Governor
October 28: 11-day pre-election reports for State Senate, Assembly and local campaigns
